I've started things out by creating a resource page, where I've placed information on the Harlem Children's Zone and the NYC Children's Aid Community School movement, which have some similarities. Because Troy, Amsterdam, and Schenectady all are deeply concerned about creating a community safety net for all children, this seemed like a place to start. You are invited to read, to add your own resources, to start a conversation, to start a document we can all share in creating.
